Well, NVDA has a couple of advantages over JFW and WindowEyes. One, it is free as in freedom (not scientific) and beer. Two, the source is available so others can help extend and improve it. Three it is designed by blinks for blinks so doesn't waste any resources on strictly visual effects. Four, you don't have to depend on financial assistance to be able to use it.
