There are CD images and a DVD one for FC6 modified with Speakup, at www.speakupmodified.org Sorry if that's where you went for the patch and the 2.19 kernel, so you know already, but I couldn't tell that from your message. I and some others couldn't install FC6 using CD's burned from the images there. I gather people also have had trouble with DVD's. Either might work fine for you, though. I ended up installing FC6 from my /home partition, using the DVD image. If you need to backtrack nonetheless, there are FC3 images. I forget the exact path to them, but it began from www.linux-speakup.org I'm still at the low end of the knowledge spectrum, so somebody else may give you better advice.
