For the debian users who also use edbrowse and would like ssl certificates to work I have some information. You can make an ssl-certs file as root do the following: 1) make sure ca-certs is installed and up-to-date. 2) in /etc/ssl/certs/ directory do cat * >ssl-certs. 3) edit whatever .ebrc file is in use and add the line: certfile = /etc/ssl/certs/ssl-certs After that see if ssl works.
