I found this dvd on a finland archive. I have since gotten the united states archive to work, and am downloading the 6.1 release. If I need a special distribution for speech, let me know, but I assume it's part of the normal cd download. Also, if there is a dvd that gives me more apps without having to install on my hard drive, I'd love to know that as well.
