Dectalk, Lost some Interrupts?

RTC is the real-time clock.  Other than that, I can't tell much.  It has 
nothing to do with the Dectalk directly.  The Dectalk USB frequently 
resets its rate and sometimes pitch.  I assume it to be a hardware bug 
rather than a software bug since I've had it happen in Windows as well, 
though not as often.  I suspect your message is unrelated.
