debian etch netinstall 32 bit iso like is already provided for sarge release

Hi, Will there be a netinstallation CD for etch with speakup and 2.6.18
kernel as there is one for sarge as I am going to have to reinstall debian
on my system and would like to wait tell the etch speakup netinstallation
CD is released rather then installing sarge and then upgrading to etch.
