Howdy,
Fortunately or unfortunately, this is the time to call for sighted 
assistance, I believe.  It's a shame thhat not all machines work as they 
should--most are supposed to, and in the main most do.
Apart from that, I'm not sure what other suggestions I might have for you. 
It's a little hard to figure out what's happening.
