Except that the SpeakupModified key isn't in that directory by default.
So, the above plus:

rpm --import http://SpeakupModified.Org/RPM-GPG-KEY-speakupmodified

Yes, the release package should be installing the key. I don't know why
it isn't. One of these days I'll have to stop and look at that.
