We had the patches for 2.6.18 in cvs at one point but it broke cvs for the then current 2.6.17.xx so we backed them out. The person that had put the fixes in has been asked to resubmit them so when he does we'll have the 2.6.18 patches again. Meanwhile you can look back through the change log to find when they were original submitted and removed and pull a version from then if you like.
