Hi guys, I have installed the speakup modified kernel, + speech-dispatcher and speechd-up (the latter two from source), and am trying to get it to work with espeak. I have installed espeak, and have set espeak as the default module. When I type "speech-dispatcher", espeak says the location of the configuration file for espeak, but then terminates. The logs say that the correct syntax wasn't returned by the module after speech-dispatcher tried to initialise it. ANy ideas why? Cheers, Chris Norman <!-- cnorman at rnibncw.ac.uk -->
