control-alt-f7 is the equivalent of start-m in windows or start-d. The
left start key is to the left of the left alt key and to the right of the
left control key in windows. The control-alt-backspace logs out of and
back into X and is the equivalent of control-alt-return in windows. Did
anyone get ubuntu install program to talk using orca? I haven't yet
figured out how to do that one yet.
