speech-dispatcher questions

That's correct except for the following, The module is speakup_apollo, and I 
was asking about speech-dispatcher specifically as I wish to use the apollo 
also with orca. May be there is another way as well.

Speech-dispatcher is normally used with software speech, particularly when 
used with speakup, as speakup has greater hardware synth support and that 
removes extra layers of software, but non-kernel software is needed to 
communicate with software synths.
