lynx ssl error

Hi Igor and all.

I had

FORCE_SSL_PROMPT:yes

set in my $HOME/.lynxrc. However, following your suggestion, I also
set it in /etc/lynx.cfg, and that does work. Not sure why the setting
didn't take in $HOME/.lynxrc. Thanks for your suggestion.
