-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all. I have an old Del case, that I'd like to mount 2 drives in. The way you mount drives in this box is to screw the long flat plastic brackets onto a 5.25I drive, one bracket per side, take off the front part of the case, and slide in the drive with the attached brackets from the outside forward, until the drive slides all the way in, and the brackets snap in, holding the drive in place. My problem is that I don't have extra brackets, and don't want to have to order them from Del, or to go out and get them anyway. A friend of mine told me that sometimes Del supplies extra brackets on the inside of their cases of this type, but short of unscrewing the motherboard to see if there is anything between it and the case back, I've been over the inside of the case 4 times, with no extra brackets. So, does anyone have any ingenious ideas for how I can mount 2 5.25I drives in the case without having the extra brackets to mount them with? Anyway to attach screws to this type of case that isn't obvious? I also noticed that the metal covers that cover the unused bays on this case are held on by 2 screws, one on either side, screwed into the front edges of the case on each side. Any creative way of screwing the drives in somehow that way? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. If any part of my description doesn't make sense, please let me know, and I'll try to clarify. Thanks in advance.
