missing the continuous read function

Thanks, Kirk. 

Lately I've been using edbrowse for just about everything, and it would 
be a great candidate for that continuous reading function. Tom Fowles 
describes it as "ed on steroids". The latest two improvements are that 
it uses the same javascript library as elinks, and it supports audio 
streams and files with configurable player options. It's a piece of 
work, and the continuous reading feature would make it even more 
convenient.

I'll just be patient.
