-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 As for the capital letter situation, I have put the -k1 option in my espeak-generic.conf file and simply wrote a space to /proc/speakup/caps_start and /proc/speakup/caps_stop. I personally find the clicks to be not too annoying and it sure beats "cap" at the beginning of every letter which produces the same delay before the letter is actually spoken as the delay that speech-dispatcher produces using the default pitch increment that speakup sends. Hope this helps at least somebody, Lorenzo - -- You have a reputation for being thoroughly reliable and trustworthy.
