Sorry for the slow response. There are FC4 kernels, including x86_64, but modules are still not building properly, hence no Speakup Modified Distribution iso images yet. Sorry. Best advice remains a telnet (or similar) installation of stock FC4 followed by kernel and initrd.img upgrades to get Speakup support.
