Hi Sean,

With urlview installed properly, you can press control-b when displaying 
an email message with links in it, and you are shown a menu of the links 
that were included. Pressing enter twice on any link launches your 
browser to that link. Not quite as slick as pine, but it has always 
worked well for me so far.
