Hi Luke: The machine has moved to my home which has a lot lower bandwidth than the university and so is flooded. I will check into the timeout situation with cvs later on today when I am in the office. We are working on mirror sites for some of this stuff so hopefully the slowness will become easier as I find solutions for the various problems.
