How do you figure out what your root file system is?

Gee, learn something every day; didn't know about that option.  Another
way to list file system types is to type the mount command with no
arguments.  It will list all currently mounted file systems.  Just look
for slash (/) by itself and read on across.  You'll see what I mean.
