I am still trying to figure out how to get rid of phpgroupware. I sent the author a note and he answered, but I don't know where the www-run cron is set up. Your options are - manually deconfigure your packages in the phpGroupWare setup (not sure whether or not this will help) - see the crontab man page about manually removing the link.
