Speakup Modified Fedora 4 Will Be Delayed

I do expect Cheap Bytes will again carry the Speakup Modified on cdr.
For $10 I think that's a pretty good deal, and no one associated with
the Speakup Modified gets any money on it, so you can know my opinion is
not motivated that way.
THAT IS TO BAD THAT KNOW ONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROJECT GETS MONEY.  I
MEAN IF IT DID THAT WOULD HELP WITH DEVELOPMENT WOULDN'T IT.
