elinks was mentioned in this thread as a console browser with javascript support. I have an rpm of elinks-0.10.3 with javascript support available on my ftp site if anyone would like it: ftp://ftp.rednote.net/fedora/rednote/RPMS/ You will also need the js rpm package.
