They do not come with data or powe rcables, but a compatible power supply can easily be sourced at an electronics store. As for the cable, this has to be sourced from elsewhere. There is no mention of the condition of the battery, but I think that the batteries do at least work. As a side note, if anybody knows where new batteries for these can be sourced, please let me know.
