Since this file can be read, via FTP, I wonder if it has to do with the way I moved the folders. Should I use quote signs if it is a folder? Or, perhaps it has to do with the fact that it originated from the "incoming" folder. The other files & folders I put into the /home/MyUsername folder, and transferred them from there. Ensure that the user and group that is being used to access teh files via ftp has read permition on files, and read/execute permition on directories.
