To be sure, I remmed out the line: pasv_address=24.116.252.4 from my vsftpd.conf file, and it is working again. Not as well as I would like, as I can only log in anonymously, but at least I can get in. Anyone know why the above entry would prevent me & others from getting in? Thanks.
