Get your cursor on the file you want to download, and press "d". 2. When the file downloads, your cursor will be on the option "save to disk", so hit enter. 3. If you want to edit the filename and path, you should be able to use the left and right arrows to move around. Alternatively, if you want to save the file with the suggested filename in your current working directory, just hit enter. You're done.
