patching kernel 2.6.8 with speakup-2.0

I am using 2.6.12.3, but I didn't want to get into a CVS thing in case
he wanted to use the DEbian kernel, but he can't-- even the tar ball
apparently does not go down to 2.6.8, so I have found out.
