Yum will not find speakup enabled kernels. To get them, you will need to download them from the speakup site. As to how can you search for rpm packages, I suggest reading the yum manual, man yum, to find out all that you can do with yum. I am not passing the buck on this one, but I found the yum man page to be vary easy to read and helpful. You can also google yum howto and find a lot of good information about yum this way.
