graphical install

Hi,

No - the install is done in a text interface, its just that in the
non-modified version its laid out slightly differently. Imho text
installs work better because you don't have to worry about getting the
relevant support/overheads to get the GUI up and running, and the
install can be done over multiple places (i.e, you can do a Debian
install over SSH).

Thanks.
Andrew.

I know that this list is specific to speakup, but a friend of mine has
helped me with the text install at times with the disk partition thing
and wants to know if debian has a graphical install mode? He has some
vision and wants the graphical install.
thanks for the help
Eric
