mapdata.h missing from speakup

Hi.  For a while now, I've noticed I haven't been able to build genmap
and my edits to speakupmap.map before I build my 2.6 kernels don't
work.  It looks like the file mapdata.h no longer exists in the speakup
source.  When I got a copy from Gene, my problems were solved.
