However, it is available, should you prefer to use it. The preferred package manager on Fedora is yum. But I can use them both right? So for example if I want to use apt to get speech-dispatcher I can but I should use yum as described in your wonderful how to install to update the distro. Also does it include emacs and emacspeak.
