Hi their.  For Fedora Modified Speakup disks, you want to go to 
ftp://bumpy.braille.uwo.ca.  What you need is in 
/pub/Speakup/disks/Fedora/current.  The ISO's are updated on a regular 
basis with new packages.  Much better stuff than what you can get from the 
stock images that the Fedora Project maintains.
