Yes, my pcm setting is well above zero. but yes, i have a line out jack and a speaker jack and everything should work with the speaker jack without me having to put the speaker plug in line out just for cd listening. If my pcm setting weren't well above zero, I believe I'd be having trouble with all my sound.
