I've had to jump in here, because this really did piss me off. Nick,
you seem to me at least, to want to sit around and give orders, and
complain if they don't get followed to the letter. You need to
recognize that Bill Acker, nor anyone else on this list are your
employees, and that Bill and others are doing what they do out of the
kindness of their hearts. So, if almost everyone else says that things
work for them, why don't you assume responsibility for errors on your
end, and do something about it, besides getting on here, and giving
orders which from the tone of your message below, you obviously expect
to be followed right away?
