Hi. I had already done that but hadn't saved the logfile and sent it. It makes a pretty lengthy file and I don't think speakup takes attachments (does it?) but i'll do that also and send it. to me it seemed from the logfile like speech-dispatcher thought it was running dtk-generic okay. by the way, my 'say" program works fine.
