filling out forms in links

hi,
that doesn't apear to work on my system.
also when I type man links I get the entry for a program called elinks.
Why is this? How do I get the manual for links.

You should be able to press the period and have all links and form
fields numbered, then you can just enter that number to jump to the
field you want.
