punctuation level in Speakup CVS

Oops, I forgot the reading_punc.  I have that one to 3 also.  Check
/proc/speakup/reading_punc.
Now if that doesn't work, then we got a problem:).  Hey, I haven't
seen any CVS messages lately concerning Speakup.  Is that list broken
again <sigh>.  I don't generally look for updates to Speakup unless
something is announced on the CVS list or some such.  I'm still using
Speakup from December 22 2003.
