linux and accessibility applications

One thing I noticed recently is the Windows SFU (Services For Unix) has
recently become FREE. If you install this on WinNT/2K/XP then you have
all of the most common unix command line tools. But of course you can
also get those by installing Cygwin and other equivalents. Then you
have bash ... but wait ... people don't like bash ... <grin>
