hi, well it didn't work. When I typed wvdialconf i got an error message. so I typed wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf. This starts looking for the modem. but it never finds anything and the program just stops with a line that says usb 12 usb 13 usb 14 usb 15. it just sits there after that and never gets to a prompt. How can I see if the modem is even recognized by the os? I am wondering if that could be the problem it is a zoom v.92 pci voice fax modem.
