Reading PGP messages with Mutt

Well, I need to take back some of what I said in my previous message.
I rebuilt mutt 1.5.6i and double checked the configuration and I now
attempt to process encryption keys from other messages. At least gpg
is being run.  I've so far picked up just one message that was signed;
Where should I go to get the "public key" that is often spoken of? I
know some people publish it or refer you to a website. The key is
also published on a key server but I guess I have a lot to learn on
this yet <sigh>.

But at least the canned gpg.rc was a big jump start for me.
