TopologiLinux with speakup?

This is similar to zipslack, which also installs on a windows machine
with FAT file system (using the umsdos file system). There is a
zipspeak version of zipslack, but I'm not sure how recent it is.

The requirement for speakup is to install a kernel that has been
built with the speakup patches. And there is one right here.

Speakup should work on any linux distro, provided the kernel has been
patched with the speakup code.
