Your best bet and only one as far as I know for latex translation, which is yoru only option right now is duxbury, costing $595 and running under windows. There is work on a mathML to nemith translator, but that isn't usible yet. -----Original Message----- From: speakup-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:speakup-bounces at braille.uwo.ca] On Behalf Of Erik Heil Sent: Friday, June 25, 2004 8:14 PM To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux. Subject: Re: math translation table Hi Igor. What exactly do you plan to produce with the translation tables? B/c the translation tables are only half the problem. If you want good formatting, it'll take quite some preparation. Depending on what exactly you want to translate, La TX may be your best bet, since it nativelly supports equations and I would expect that getting usable output is better suited in that kind of enviornment. I doubt though that NFbTrans has an La TX parcer. Hmm. I'll hav eto think about this some more. _______________________________________________ Speakup mailing list Speakup at braille.uwo.ca http://speech.braille.uwo.ca/mailman/listinfo/speakup
