speakup dectalk and pci vs isa

As far as I know, up to now, all Dectalk cards have been ISA.  However, I've
heard that the company who makes the Dectalk USB will probably put out a
Dectalk PCI card.  Also, I believe the PCI slots in a computer are smoother
than the ISA slots.
