slackware 10.0 is out

This also means that Zipspeak 10.0 is in the works. Zipspeak won't ever be
part of Stock Slackware but we will continue to make it work for us. Since
2.4.26 is the the kernel that has speakup, I feel that it'd be OK to use
Steve Holmes Kernel as part of the stock Zipspeak.
Thanks,
Nick
