-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello again. Well, what do you know, I got it working (big smile). Doing some web searching turned up the fact that I needed to enable CONFIG_IP_NF_NAT_LOCAL. So what I finally ended up with in my firewall script is iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp -o eth0 --dport 25 -j DNAT - --to-destination aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd-eee.fff.ggg.hhh (watch the line wrapping if you use this), and it works flawlessly. Thanks to all those who helped and offered suggestions.
