Hi, you need a terminal client called Terraterm Pro. Make sure to get the Jaws scripts for it. Hyper terminal sucks for doing serial installs for Linux. Terraterm is the only terminal client I ever use from Window's xp for doing Linux and FreeBSD installs via serial connection. I'm just wondering but is there a specific reason you didn't go for Slackware 9.0? Hth.
