Yes, and it is an old story. Thus far Sco is loosing the court battle which
is good.
In fact, it has been suggested that it was Sco that took open source code,
and included it in closed source software, and now wants to take the credit
for it.
Either way it is just another excuse for big companies like Microsoft and
Sco to find a way to get rid of free software so they can continue to sell
over priced closed source operating systems.
