There is no problem with having a list for blind musicians professional or otherwhise. There is a list however which has been around since the mid 1980's called midimag and it is a very popular and active list. The folks there mostly lean toward ms-windows but that's because of what they mostly use not biggitry. They could probably use more linux musicians to help spread the word whatever it is. I am sure a google search or any search would bring midimag up quite quickly.
