Hi Chuck. The play and rec commands that come with sox are bash scripts. Actually, rec is a symlink to play. It should be posible for you to copy the play script and change /dev/dsp to /dev/dsp1 in the copy of the script. I have not done this, but it should work. Gene >Hi David, > >I am puzzled too.
